Ashley Foster, F.N.P., was born in Camden, New Jersey, and spent a large part of her life in Water Valley, Mississippi. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Mississippi University for Women and a Master of Nursing Practice in family practice from University of Memphis. Ashley was inducted into the Sigma Theta Tau Nursing Honor Society while attending The University of Memphis. She also was a recipient of the Methodist Nursing Excellent Scholarship during her time at the University of Memphis. Ashley has over 14 years of nursing experience ranging as a licensed practical nurse to nurse practitioner. She has experience in administrative nursing, education, long term care, corrections, and family practice. She spent her last five years working in critical care as a registered nurse where she received the Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare Nursing star award prior to joining Gastro One.

Ashley is currently a resident of Desoto County where she was the proud recipient of Desoto County Medal of Valor in 2014. Ashley enjoys her life with her husband and their two beautiful girls, Morgan and Madison. During her spare time, Ashley enjoys spending time with her family, traveling and learning.
