Sarah Smith, F.N.P.

Sarah Smith, F.N.P., was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest.  She obtained her nursing degree in 2009 and proceeded to finish her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2012 at Western Governor's University in Salt Lake City.  Sarah spent ten years in the medical intensive critical care and the cardiovascular intensive care settings as a registered nurse.  She then received a Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner degree and was inducted into the Sigma Theta Tau Nursing Honor Society.

Sarah lives in North Mississippi with her husband, Greg, and their two children.  She enjoys running, traveling, hiking, spending time with family and friends, and riding her horses.
